Den Calendars
Individual Den calendars can be Private or Public, at the den leaders discretion.
Public calendars can be seen by anyone on the Internet, so these should not contain addresses or phone numbers.
Private calendars are only visible to those that the den leader grants access to (requires members to register for a free Google account).

Troubleshooting Private Calendars
-
Instructions + Fixes
Instructions:
- You need to be first invited to join your Den's calendar.
- This invitation will be in the form of a note from Google in the name of Mike Stephens or your Den Leader
- Click on the long link in the e-mail
- If you already have a Google account, the calendar will be added to your account
- If you are not a Google member, you will need to register for a free account.
- Once you have a google account, and have added the calendar to the account. The above link will take you to the calendar.
Troubleshooting:
Issue 1: When I click the link I get a screen like this:
|
|
|
|
Sorry, we cannot load this calendar |
|
|
| | |
|
Sorry, this calendar does not have public access enabled. If you are the calendar owner, you can make this calendar public on the calendar sharing settings page.
|
Solution 1: You are not logged into Google. You can do that now by
a) clicking on the Google Calendar logo

b) Signing into (or registering for) your Google account. Leave the Remember me button checked, and if your browser asks to remember the account - say YES - this will make it so you stay logged in and go directly to your calendars in the future.
