WHY DO WE SELL POPCORN?

This is our Pack’s only fundraiser. Money earned pays for Pinewood Derby, Rain-Gutter Regatta, camping trips, picnics, pizza parties, prizes, badges, pins, awards, equipment.

WHEN?

We sell in the fall, when school starts until November 13, 2011.

HOW?

Use Order Form for door-to-door sales.

Use Online sales to reach far away relatives and friends. www.trails-end.com

Sell with your Den during storefront events.

Checks should be made out to PACK 1116.

Collect the money now.

Online, face-to-face and event sales all count toward Scout Rewards!

Give your Sales Sheets & money to Mrs. Jackins when you are finished --- select your prize!

REWARDS

Everyone earns a patch or pin for selling at least one item.

Prizes, Walmart & Amazon giftcards start at $250 level.

Refer to brochure for individual prize selection and amounts required.

EXTRA REWARDS

  • “Fill Your Sheet” and receive 2 Washington Nationals baseball tickets
  • “Fill Your Sheet” scouts are also entered in weekly drawing for $100 giftcard
  • $600 level earns a bonus “Zyclone” Shooter
  • $1000 level earns invite to Scouts Tailgate Party at Washington Nationals game

GOALS for PACK 1116

Scouts - 100% participation, sell at least ONE item

Dens – participate in ONE group sales event

Pack - $20K in gross sales

DATES

Oct 1st - first order due

Oct 17th - can pick up order from Jackins home to make deliveries

Nov 13th - Last and final turn-in day for all Sales Sheets.

Week of Dec 4th - Pick up schedule at Jackins house will be defined.

Sept 10, 17 & 25 and Oct 1 & 8 - Den sales events at Vienna locations
